Who we are
A telecoms specialist with an IT company’s discipline.
Britannia IT Services has looked after business technology since 2014 — and over that decade, phones and connectivity kept growing from a sideline into a specialism. Britannia Telecoms is that specialism given its own name: a brand dedicated to phone systems, broadband, leased lines and business mobile.
Being telecoms-only keeps us sharp. We run our own hosted phone platform (and partner with 3CX for businesses that prefer it), we provision Yealink and Fanvil handsets before they ship, and we design connectivity with voice in mind — because when one team owns the phones and the network they run on, call quality stops being a finger-pointing exercise.
And because we’re part of the Britannia group, the engineering culture behind it is proven: proactive, honest about pricing, and staffed by people who fix root causes rather than close tickets.
